Senior UI/UX Designer — Freelance (Remote)

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join us on an ongoing freelance basis across brand and product — working directly with our creative director on real projects, for real clients.
What the work looks like
You'll own design end-to-end. UI, UX, brand application — all of it. You'll get a brief, the context, the tools. Then you figure it out. We don't micromanage. We do expect you to push back when something's off, ask the right questions when the brief has gaps, and know the difference between executing a task and solving the actual problem.
We use AI tools natively — Figma, Notion, Claude, and more. You should too. Not as a gimmick. As a real part of how you work.
What we need from you
5+ years in UI/UX with brand sensitivity baked in
Strong enough to work solo from a brief — no hand-holding
Async-first mindset, ICT timezone overlap (UTC+7) required
AI-native workflow — you use these tools, you don't fear them
Reliable. Responsive. Thinks ahead.
