We created the concept & design of Dibbern. A German manufacturer of Fine Bone China. The most valuable ceramic product in the world.
Leading the design team of Etribes in 2019, Sparkparks Co-Founder Dustin Lundt created the new design language of the online store of the brand Dibbern. Based around Hamburg Dibbern manufactures Fine Bone China; Made in Germany porcelain.
The collections of the products are complex and there was a big need to think not just in standard category pages that would work consistently all over the shop. Instead we created individual concepts for the four main categories with standalone features that provides quicker navigations better orientation and easier seeking to the right product.
The Color Bar – Sliding through colors
We created the color bar for the solid color collection to allow the quick navigation between the product categories. Also we implemented color themes and mixed curated categories to give the customer a helping hand for creating a perfect composition on his table.
Category Navigation
Cross-selling and category navigation was also a big topic. A huge off-canvas menu is helping to understand the logic behind the heterogen collections. To ensure different entries we created several slider and filter logics to enable customers to get straight to desired products – no matter if he was starting for searching by color, form, collection or product.
