We proposed an app for Signal Iduna to revolutionize how insurance companies engage with younger customers.

As the leader of Etribes' design team in 2019, Dustin Lundt, co-founder of Sparkparks, played a pivotal role in reimagining insurance for millennials. For this demographic, insurance needs to be flexible, simple, and seamlessly integrated into their lifestyles. Users can clarify their insurance needs spontaneously through their smartphones, with products designed to be digitally adaptable and expandable. Moreover, effective communication must be on par with their expectations, which is why we now refer to 'insurance' as 'securities'.

In a feature we call 'cards,' users swipe through meaningful news and recommendations.

On the homepage, full-screen cards communicate products, recommendations, and news. Data integration from third-party providers enhances personalization, encouraging users to engage with the app more frequently, beyond just claims and policy renewals.

The new digital product campaign provides users with freedom through security, embodying the motto 'You live, we take care of the rest.' Through positive and trust-building narratives aimed at young users, the app reinforces this sentiment throughout its interface.

At home, everyone has that one folder labeled 'insurances'. Our approach digitizes the experience of having all your important documents in one place, using the mechanics of the Apple Wallet to enhance digital browsing. We prioritize simplicity, transparency, and control, achieved through a familiar interface. Here, all insurances can be easily extended and adjusted.

With new insurance packages, empower customers to tailor their services and adjust pricing to suit their preferences.

Positive framing: By highlighting the benefits of transparent cost presentation and providing clear justifications for expenses, we aim to foster a sense of reassurance among users. This approach builds a solid foundation of trust.

Incomplete tasks create cognitive tensions that people naturally seek to resolve, especially when presented with (artificial) indicators of progress. This principle applies when users can see areas where they are not yet insured—they are motivated to address these security gaps.
